Bespoke Dressing Room

As part of this luxury private development, the master dressing room needed to feel like a natural extension of the wider interior architecture — refined, considered and designed around the way the space would be used every day. The brief called for a highly tailored storage solution that combined generous wardrobe capacity with the clean, architectural aesthetic expected within a high-end residential scheme. A balanced mix of hanging space, drawers, shelving, shoe storage and dedicated areas for accessories was required, while maintaining an open, uncluttered feel throughout. Careful consideration also needed to be given to proportion, circulation and visual consistency. Rather than simply creating a series of wardrobes, the intention was to develop a complete dressing environment where cabinetry, finishes, lighting and functionality worked together as one cohesive interior. Warm natural materials were selected to introduce depth and softness, complementing the wider palette of the property and giving the room a calm, sophisticated character. Integrated lighting, dedicated dressing surfaces and discreet lifestyle features were also incorporated into the brief, elevating the room beyond storage into a luxurious private space within the master suite.

We developed a fully bespoke master dressing room designed specifically around the architecture, interior language and level of finish of the wider development. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry was carefully planned to maximise storage while retaining a strong sense of symmetry and visual order. The internal configuration combines double and full-length hanging sections, deep drawers, open shelving, dedicated shoe storage and considered compartments for accessories and personal items, ensuring every element of the wardrobe has a defined place. Warm timber finishes bring richness and tactility to the scheme, while understated detailing and clean-lined cabinetry create a contemporary, furniture-led aesthetic. Integrated handles and carefully controlled junctions allow the cabinetry to sit seamlessly within the architecture rather than appearing as standalone furniture. Layered integrated lighting was introduced throughout the cabinetry to enhance visibility while also adding depth and atmosphere to the room. Dedicated dressing surfaces provide practical areas for preparation and display, with additional lifestyle elements incorporated discreetly into the design to enhance the everyday experience of the space. The result is a sophisticated master dressing room that combines exceptional storage capacity with bespoke craftsmanship and architectural detailing — creating a calm, luxurious and highly functional environment worthy of the wider private development.
